HOW ARE YOUR ART PRINTS CREATED AND PRINTED?

All art prints are created by us using Procreate on our iPad Pro. From here they are then saved and exported to be printed in house on 230GSM Archival Matt paper stock using an Epson Eco-Tank 8550 A3 Printer. They are then checked over and our signature sticker is applied to the rear of the print.

DO YOUR PRINTS COME FRAMED OR UNFRAMED?

At present all our prints come unframed. This allows you to pick a frame in a style of your choosing. All prints come in standard sizes, allowing you access to multiple styles of frames.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

All stickers and art prints (sizes A6, A5 and A4) come in a board-backed cellophane bag and are sent out in a board-backed envelope for extra protection. Any orders involving an A3 size print will be sent in a postal tube which will be sealed with plastic end caps. All orders come with a thank you card which has a free print on the reverse side and also included will be a few free mini stickers.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom and depending on where you order from within the world will dictate timeframes to receive. If you order from within the United Kingdom, you should receive your order within 1-2 days via Royal Mail First Class delivery. If you are ordering from anywhere within Europe, standard international delivery takes 7-10 days (3-5 working days). If you are ordering from the United States of America, Canada or elsewhere in the world outside of Europe, standard international delivery takes 11-14 days (6-7 working days). Tracked delivery is also available at a further cost, the timeframes to receive are still the same as mentioned above but your order will be tracked and you will be supplied a tracking number once dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Refunds are generally only given if your order hasn’t been received and we are unable to resolve the situation by sending a replacement. If you receive your order and are unhappy with the quality, please contact us via our contact page to discuss.

I’VE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT’S PASSED THE TIMESCALES TO RECEIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Unfortunately some post items do go missing in transit or can be delayed during customs processes. However, if your order hasn’t arrived and is now passed the time frames mentioned above, please get in touch via our contact page so we can look into this. When you contact us please include your order number, name and address as this will help us in locating your order. We will then get back to you as soon as possible with an update. If the order is lost, we will do what we can to remedy the situation, be it a replacement order or something else.
